Adult Social Care Plan - Easy Read
Overview

-
We want to help everyone live a happy and independent life.
-
We are making a new three year plan to show how we will support and work with our residents.
-
To make this plan work and achieve its goals, we will work with health, community and care partners.
-
We often listen to people across Kingston to understand what matters most. The feedback we have already collected will be included in this plan.
-
Now we want to hear from you!
-
If you currently use Adult Social Care services, have done in the past or care for someone that does we would like to hear your thoughts.
What is the Adult Social Care plan?
This plan (sometimes called a strategy) sets out:
- what we want to focus on
- what our priorities are
- how we will work with you
