We have listened to feedback that Tolworth Close has excessive traffic and is being used as a short cut between Ewell Road and Tolworth Broadway. Following a report to the Surbiton Neighbourhood Committee, we are proposing a road closure to stop motor vehicles entering and exiting Tolworth Close at Tolworth Broadway, while maintaining through access for cyclists and pedestrians.
