Parking on Upper Park Road & Bertram Road

Overview

Our vision is to create a cleaner, greener Kingston and our streets play a major role in this plan. We want everyone to feel our streets are spaces where they can breathe clean air, walk safely and feel connected to the local community.

We recently received a petition from residents around Upper Park Road and Bertram Road, North Kingston, highlighting concerns about pressure on parking for residents in these roads due to commuters and parking schemes in adjacent roads encouraging long term parking by non-residents.

To understand the concerns fully we would like to ask residents about their experiences and have created a short survey, that we would appreciate your comments on.

We want to hear your thoughts and experiences of parking on Upper Park Road and Bertram Road

We will review all of the feedback we receive and prepare a report with recommendations for the next steps. This report will go to the meeting of the Neighbourhood Committee for consideration and decision.
