Your health needs - Supporting our ethnically diverse residents
Overview

The Kingston Public Health team is currently doing a project to help us better understand the health and wellbeing experiences of people from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds living in the borough.
As one part of this wider project, we are looking for residents from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds to fill out a short questionnaire about their experiences with health, wellbeing and accessing services such as GP, hospital or dental care. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete.
The findings from this project will be turned into a report which will help inform future local health services and policies.
