Community Transport: How is it working for you?

Overview

This survey is for people who receive social care support and use community transport. It is also for their family carers.

We want to know what you think about community transport

Community transport helps people who may find it hard to use regular buses or trains.

It can include:

  • Dial-a-Ride
  • Volunteer car schemes
  • Community buses
  • Some taxis

We want to know:

  • How you get around your local area.
  • What transport you use.
  • If you are a family carer, how you help a friend or family member get around.

If you are a young person or the parent or carer of a young person

  • This survey is about transport to help you get to social activities and appointments. It is not about transport to school or college.
  • You may not use these services yet and so please answer the questions that apply to you.

There are 17 questions about transport in this survey. You can answer as many as you want.

Your answers will help us make community transport better in the future.

There are some things we cannot change, like the rules on who can get help and the money we have to spend. But we can improve how we support people.
