Help improve council services

Closes 9 Jun 2024

Opened 26 Apr 2024

Overview

We are always looking for ways to improve our services. We would like to know what matters most to you when you are trying to contact the council or use our services.

We want to create better services that are easy to use and provide clear information for our residents, businesses, partners and visitors. Your feedback is essential in shaping our services to better meet everyone's needs.

The main part of this feedback form is a 'top tasks' question, in which we are trying to find out what information or tasks are most important to you when you are contacting the council or trying to use a council service. We know this is a long list to look at but we will be able to use your responses to know what matters most and prioritise where we might need to make improvements.

A chance to win a prize

As a thank you for your time, we're offering you the chance to win one of five £30 Amazon vouchers. Just provide your email at the end of the survey.

Employees of Kingston or Sutton Council are not eligible to win the prize.
