This questionnaire is designed to gather feedback on our proposed CIL rates and charging zones.

Can I respond anonymously?
No, we cannot accept anonymous responses. This is because all comments form part of a formal, independent public examination of the CIL Charging Schedule. The appointed Examiner and others will need to know who has made representations to ensure a fair and effective process. Your name and comments will be published on the Council’s website, but your personal contact details (such as email, phone number, and home address) will be redacted and kept strictly confidential.
Your data
Kingston Council will use your information only for preparing and updating the CIL Charging Schedule. Your response will be shared with the Government, the Planning Inspectorate, and the appointed independent Examiner. For more details, see our Spatial Planning and CIL Privacy Notice.
